Step 1: Gather information
Before starting the design, you need to gather information from the client about their requirements, wants and budget. This information may include the style, function, area and goals of the interior space.
Step 2: Initial design consultation
Based on the information collected, conduct analysis and research on the interior space. This may include surveying the architect for an existing space, learning about design trends and providing a preliminary quote based on the concept, submitting to the client and awaiting confirmation.
Woody will advise and give suggestions on wood materials for you to choose. Each area of the house, the wood materials used will have different changes, ensuring aesthetic requirements while still optimizing cost savings.
Next, the design unit will conduct a survey, measure the actual house area and make a 3D virtual simulation drawing (3D drawing is a drawing that simulates the virtual space of your apartment on the design software).
Drawing Drawings: This can include overview drawings, detail drawings, furniture placement drawings, and technical drawings for elements such as lighting and electrical.
Step 3: Design approval
When the drawing is completed, the two parties will exchange and adjust to better suit the needs of the owner. And we will provide a new quote based on the updated 3D perspective.
After reaching an agreement between the two parties, the next job is to sign the contract. To ensure clarity and agreement on terms and commitments related to the project. The process of agreement and contract signing is an important step in the interior design and construction process, ensuring understanding and agreement between the parties and creating a legal basis for the project implementation. smoothly and transparently.
Step 4: Deploy the design
The first step after signing the contract is to deploy 2D drawings, based on the 3D version, the design unit will dissect and add techniques to put into production design.
The 2D drawing is understood as the reference of the 3D version, including the specifications: Dimensions, number of screws, quantity of wood... The 2D version is used to transfer to the factory for production.
After confirming with the construction supervisor, the next work is to implement the final interior design. This includes construction, procurement and installation of selected materials and products.
Step 5: Check and adjust
Once completed, deploy the test and evaluate the final result. Ensure that the interior design meets the original requirements and desires. If necessary, adjust and improve the design to ensure customer satisfaction.
Before shipment, the supervisory department carefully checks every detail before the order is shipped to the construction site. In the event of an error, the defective part will be reproduced at the factory, in order to limit the risk of errors occurring at the construction site.
Step 6: Shipping and Installation
Finished furniture products are packed into packages and transported by truck to the construction site. Construction unit receives and installs orders.

Step 7: Acceptance and warranty
Customers take over the product, during the warranty period, if any errors or failures are detected due to the manufacturer's fault, the product will be warranted for 12-24 months.
